Make it lighter

1. Aluminum Space frame
2. Carbon Fiber
3. narrow Hard tires
4. driver pedals - fewer riders

By having the driver pedal, we remove some of the novelty, esp if we want to invite non cyclist luminaries...As well, by lowering the rider count, we also lower the fun factor and undermine its value as a community pedal machine. -mk
