• Replace missing tensioner sleeve
• Install Six tensioner collars (David purchased 6 new collars; 6 installed 9/28 need grease)
• Affix Horn
• 2x6 brace cut to size to brace rear sign-board (DH)

And a new idea:

• A fold-down platform for front wheels of tag-along bikes: raising the rear panel, reinforcing and strap-hinging on a new platform. Dave may cut a template. And both he and Rich may mount it soon.
